As a private client solicitor, and fully qualified member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) my specialisms include:
- advising on and preparing wills (including inheritance tax planning) and lasting powers of attorney;
- advising on trusts including the creation of the trust, the lifetime of the trust and the ending of the trust;
- dealing with Court of Protection applications; and
- dealing with the administration of estates, from solely obtaining the grant of representation through to the full estate administration.
